Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

How we began

When Employers of Poland was established, it was the first nationwide organisation associating Polish employers. On one hand establishing Employers of Poland was a response to revolutionary changes that were happening in Polish economy, especially concerning privatisation, on the other hand, it was a consequence of a very strong position of labour unions which at the beginning of the transformation process were the only social partner for the government in negotiations concerning the shape of system changes. The main points of Employers of Polands’ mission have been, and still remain, the promotion of employers' interests, securing entrepreneurs from excessively extended employees' privileges and a dialogue with the government and employees' organisations.
