Expert of Employers of Poland Łukasz Kozłowski points out that last year was very good when it comes to employees wages.
– The nominal wage growth rate has been at a relatively stable level for quite some time. In recent months it has been somewhat restricted, but it has no negative impact on actual household income – as we are simultaneously dealing with an increasing deflation of consumer prices – says Kozłowski.
– As a result, although wages expressed in PLN grew at a rate similar to before, 2014 was the best in six years with regards to real dynamics of wages received by employees – he added. In his opinion, this year should also be relatively good in terms of wage growth.
