Employers of Poland urge the minister of health to change the rules governing raises in healthcare. According to them, raises should be given not only to nurses and midwifes, but to other medical workers as well. Employers of Poland also want a change of the mechanism regulating the assignment of additional funds to hospitals. The draft of a ministerial regulation on his matter involves a solution whereby contracts with medical entities will be amended and increased by the sums intended for raises. The organization, however, wants the value of the NFZ settlement point to be increased.
