In an interview with “Super Express”, President of Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski comments on the decision to spend 1 bln PLN from the Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund on severance pay for miners.
– Sadly, Ms. Kopacz forgot that there is an important Professional group other than trade unions – employers. The decision to spend on severance pay should have been consulted, there was an opportunity to discuss it at an appropriate time. Regrettably, we are faced with the authorities’ arrogance. Our experts are checking whether an act was not infringed upon, as the fund was established with particular goals in mind – opines the president of employers of Poland. – However, I do not recall spending on miners’ leave or severance pay being mentioned in the act on the Guaranteed Employee Benefits fund – he adds.
