– The government was alerted to the possibility of problems with German minimum wage as early as last September – says Andrzej Malinowski, President of Employers of Poland.
He adds that before now there has been no interest in the issue on the government’s part. The Association of International Road Haulers in Poland (ZMPD), a member of Employers of Poland, sent letters alerting to the developments to the Prime Minister’s Chancellery and has a full documentation of the issue showing there has been no reply. – The government would probably still be uninterested, had it not been for media attention – says Malinowski.
