Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

forsal.pl: Problems with minimum wage were brought up in September. The government reacted too late

– The government was alerted to the possibility of problems with German minimum wage as early as last September – says Andrzej Malinowski, President of Employers of Poland.

He adds that before now there has been no interest in the issue on the government’s part. The Association of International Road Haulers in Poland (ZMPD), a member of Employers of Poland, sent letters alerting to the developments to the Prime Minister’s Chancellery and has a full documentation of the issue showing there has been no reply. – The government would  probably still be uninterested, had it not been for media attention – says Malinowski.
