“Rzeczpospolita”: The price is still more important than contracts of employment

Companies with employees on contracts of employment are still losing tenders.

The newest report of the CSR Centre monitoring tenders shows that officials have found a way to circumvent the public procurement law – the regulation in question states that criteria other than the price should be applied to tenders.
