– Strikes in five of JSW’s mines an element of a strategy of causing political unrest – says President of Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski.
The strike consists in a stoppage in mining and the unions want a.o. 9 union leaders who were to be let go to be left in their positions. Chairman of JSW Jarosław Zagórowski believes that the strike is illegal.
In an interview with IAR, Andrzej Malinowski, President of Employers of Poland stresses that an illegal strike should be stopped immediately. He underlines that unions put people in danger by organizing an underground strike at the Budryk mine and should answer for that. Malinowski also points out that the protest took place in mine workings. – What would have happened if there was any danger at that time? – he asked rhetorically. Andrzej Malinowski states that he is considering reporting a crime.
