In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

“Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”: Negotiations on changes in labour law are starting


Broadening the right to form unions and the rules of increasing minimum wage – these are the first topics to be addressed by the Social Dialog Council.


Employers also want consultations in this regard. – The notion of representativeness has to be made more precise. There are many changes which should be introduced to collective labour law, but I thingk they should be made gradually – says Monika Gładoch PhD, legal solicitor and adviser to the President of Employers of Poland.
