In her exposé PM, Beata Szydło presented an ambitious plan to build a welfare state. She reiterated key promises made by PiS in the course of the campaign. Her exposé touched mainly on economy and social issues rather than politics. She also did not say much about diplomacy, defense or the justice system. She left ideology to Jarosław Kaczyński, who held a speech later. According to the PiS leader, Poland is faced with two major challenges: reconstructing national community and a civilizational leap.
The PM announced exemptions for investing companies and lower taxes for smaller entrepreneurs.
