Entrepreneurs with long payment deadlines will not have to cut their expenses.
– The case of regulations on correcting expenses shows how changes in tax law can make life harder for entrepreneurs. Regulations on obligatory corrections for those who are due to pay or have agreed to long deadlines were supposed to deal with payment backlogs and help companies, but the effect has been completely contrary to intentions – now there are even more administrative requirements. It is good that these regulations are no longer in place, shame that it took 3 years to do away with them. This is a lesson for the future not to try to forcibly make entrepreneurs happy. If legislators want to help companies, they should introduce legal instruments stimulating the economy – assesses Mariusz Korzeb, tax adviser, expert of Employers of Poland.
