Employers of Poland have opened the Entrepreneur Support Centre – informs Katarzyna Rózicka. The goal of the Centre is to prevent conflicts in all areas of corporate activity and provide support in resolving them.
The project entitled “Establishment of the Entrepreneur Support Centre of Employers of Poland – social dialog through mediation”, is carried out within the 5.5.2 sub-activity of the Human Capital Operational Programme, co-financed by the EU as part of the European Social Fund, on the basis of an agreement between employers of Poland and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
The Centre will provide entrepreneurs and employers with know-how from various areas of law and practical guidelines on the intersection of work relations, economy and administration.
– In a company everybody is to some extent dependent on others. When trying to fulfill our responsibilities, reach our goals and aspirations we are often faced with differing views. Thus, a conflict is born – as a natural consequence of differences of opinion between co-workers or cooperating companies. The manner in which we deal with a challenging situation like that may be decisive for the future of our company or career – said Rózicka.
Ways to effectively control emotions and act rationally on the way to resolving a conflict will be the subject of a seminar entitled “How to prevent conflicts in a company environment? Entrepreneur Support Centre of Employers of Poland as a systemic proposition of business support”, organized by the Entrepreneur Support Centre of Employers of Poland. The event will be held on February 4th in Warsaw.
