The rate of employers who want to recruit specialists and managers has grown to almost 70 percent.
– The labour market is gathering pace and companies find it increasingly hard to find both specialists and employees for simple tasks. Therefore, competition for candidates and wage pressure increase too. However, this does not mean that everyone looking for a job will be in a better position. Even among IT professionals, who are particularly in demand, demand and wages vary between specializations. Regional differences in demand are also still clearly visible. Thus, a lot depends on mobility and willingness to improve skills or change profession – comments Monika Zaręba, labour market expert of Employers of Poland.
