Fines dependent on company size and inspectors’ visits based on ID only – such are the propositions of the National Labour Inspection aimed at improving the efficiency of supervision.
Notably, fines would be given in an administrative procedure rather than in a contravention case, as is the current practice. This change will surely be supported by trade unions.
– A company with 5 employees may have much higher revenue than a company with 100 employees – explains Monika Gładoch, attorney at law and expert of Employers of Poland.
