In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

“Rzeczpospolita”: It is time for true economic freedom


Less regulations and control, more trust, simpler administrative procedures – these are some of the postulates of entrepreneurs compiled in the “White Book” presented to the government. Will a good climate for business be created?


– We have no politicians prepared to lead the state in terms of economic policy, so they transfer this responsibility to administration officials – states Andrzej Malinowski, President of Employers of Poland. – I have conducted the following experiment several times: I gave newly passed bills to my experts and asked them to cross out sections unrelated the subject of the bill in question. It turned out that they could be shortened to two or three pages. The rest only serves to justify the officials’ existence – he adds.
