Biofuel producers commit fictional acquisitions – claim fiscal controllers. However, customs registers suggest otherwise – informs „Rzeczpospolita”.
– The victims of tax abuses are law-abiding entrepreneurs, for whom the tax authorities unjustifiably establish the obligation to pay VAT. This is a threat to their financial liquidity and may even contribute to the destruction of the very promising sector of the Polish industry producing raw materials for biofuels. The authorities should be aware of the actual intentions of criminal groups and protect entities against them – assesses Mariusz Korzeb, tax adviser and expert of Employers of Poland.
