Employers’ organizations want farmers to be included in the common pension system. Unions, for their part, claim that the government should include KRUS in the pension system overview.
A heated discussion regarding the lowering of the pension age is taking place in the Social Dialog Council. It is prompted by the presidential draft of the act on pension age, which states that women may retire at 60 and men at 65.
– It cannot be that farmers pay low contributions and get the same benefits as employees and the self-employed – assesses President of Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski.
