Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

“Parkiet”: Demographics will now favour employees

The aging of the societies of EU member states, including Poland, means an opportunity for the employee’s market to last longer.

Most recent research shows that Polish employees feel increasingly secure on the labour market. The rate of those who fear that they will lose a job is decreasing. Meanwhile, more and more are convinced that they can find a new one. According to this spring’s Labour Market Barometer elaborated by Work Service shows that almost one in four Poles (one fourth more than a year ago) claimed that they would find a new job in a month and one in five believe that only a week would be required.

– As the unemployment rate decreases, we will be dealing with stronger and stronger indicationS of an employee’s market –  prognoses Łukasz Kozłowski, economic expert of Employers of Poland.
