A few months after the presentation of Minister Morawiecki’s plan, which awoke entrepreneurs’ hopes for decreased administrative burdens for SMEs, the first propositions of solutions have been announced.
According to the government, the package of a hundred facilitating solutions for entrepreneurs is only the beginning. This is good news, as in the opinion of Arkadiusz Pączka, deputy director general of Employers of Poland, decision makers should follow up on the initiative and include other changes in a similar vein in the so-called “constitution for business”.
– However, one aspect of this reform is often overlooked. Apart from regulations and companies there is also a third factor in play: the administrative machinery. It may be the biggest problem, even if the legislation itself is perfect – remarks Pączka.
