Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

We accept the proposition of the Ministry of Finance on pension age – Łukasz Kozłowski for “Rzeczpospolita"

Trade unions are concerned by the proposition of the Ministry of Finance regarding the lowering of the pension age to 65 for men and 60 for women, but on the condition that they have 35 and 40 years of work experience respectively. – We accept such a proposition because it will protect the budget against excessive spending on pension – says Łukasz Kozłowski, economist of Employers of Poland.

– We have to consider not only the interests of future pensioners, but also of those who work today and sooner or later will have to bear the costs – adds Kozłowski
