Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

We do not agree to financing the wages of resident doctors from the Labour Fund – Arkadiusz Pączka in “Rzeczpospolita”

We do not accept financing the wages of resident doctors with money from the Labour Fund – emphasizes Arkadiusz Pączka, Director of the Legislation of the Monitoring Centre of Employers of Poland.

– We still have to decide if we only express our very negative opinion in this regard or maybe propose systemic changes. We want social partners to have the right to decide how the billions of złoty from contributions paid to the Labour Fund by entrepreneurs as well as the Guaranteed Employee Benefit Fund – he adds.
