Mediation, the silent agreement procedure, administrative decision. These are only some of the proposed changes in the Code of Administrative Procedures. – We have suggested such solutions for years – explains Andrzej Malinowski, President of Employers of Poland in “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”. – This will ensure control over negative consequences of ambiguous regulations – he emphasizes. It will also improve citizens’ trust in institutions and if practice follows these guidelines, it may also help Minister Morawiecki’s plans.
Mediation will not be free of charge, but the cost will be covered by administration. It may be started already at the stage of administrative proceedings (currently only before administration court), which will make it possible to resolve the matter without initiating court procedures. – This is a very important aspect of the amendment, as it means that entrepreneurs will no longer be treated like criminals. Now, they will be partners – says Andrzej Malinowski.
