I have always been convinced that a long-term client is a valuable client. After all, good long-term relations with clients are a foundation of a successful business. However, I have recently experienced that some companies simply do not care about that – President of Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski writes in “Rzeczpospolita”.
– I have experienced this thanks to nc+, after 17 years of using the company’s services! After such a long relationship I expected to be treated properly, as is the case in the civilized world. Not in this case. Turns out these 17 years together does not mean anything and neither does the fact that I would like to continue to pay for their services – describes Malinowski.
– It came to light when I tried to fuse two contract into one, with the inclusion of the Multiroom Standard package with additional decoders. I figured that if I publically call for innovation, I may well be an innovator in my own house. In response, I was faced with an obstacle course that still drastically increases my blood pressure at the mere mention of nc+ – adds the President of Employers of Poland.
– I am writing this as a cautionary tale and I hereby declare that I will use every available opportunity to speak of my trials and tribulations. For nc+, I have one message: You held a special place in my house, but it is over now. You demonstrated arrogance and incompetence worthy of the most backwards of Polish institutions. A lack of respect of a ruler towards his slaves. I am not, and will not be, a slave. Yes, I will go to your sales point, but only to free myself of you once and for all. I will look for another operator who knows how to treat clients – namely, with respect.
