Shorter times of obligatory document-keeping will make life easier for entrepreneurs, but may be an obstacle for employees wanting to claim their rights writes “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”.


– We hope that the next stage in this process will be to restrict the number of documents which have to be kept and making it possible for them to be stored digitally. This is a requirement of technological development and  the organizational structures in which companies function  – says Witold Polkowski, expert of Employers of Poland.


He also emphasizes that the obligation to store documentation in paper form for 50 years discourages foreign investors.
