Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

What our action plan is

We will strive to provide entrepreneurs with a guarantee of economic freedom and guarantee a statutory responsibility of public servants for the mistakes they make. We make efforts to improve state institutions which serve economy. Our final goal is an Employer-Friendly Country; we consistently carry out a programme under this name. We will act to the benefit of fundamental reform of Polish tax law. We will fight for lowering non-financial costs of work. We will oppose those who fling groundless accusations towards business people for political reasons. We will popularise the idea of Social Business Responsibility.  We will care about social dialogue which is a guarantee of social peace in Poland and of reaching an agreement in matters which are most important for all of us. Our desire is to contribute to an organisational and civilization success of EURO 2012, European Football Championship, which will be organised by Poland and Ukraine.
