Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

What we have achieved

The Employers of Poland is a strong, reliable and effective representation  of entrepreneurs. Our opinions and demands were taken into consideration while making important economic and social decisions. We have fought a battle over lower taxes and a real freedom of economic activity. Our unquestioned achievement is the adoption of the Freedom of Economic Activity Act; we were its initiators and promoters. For the first time in modern history of Poland it was possible to join the words “freedom” and “economy” in a single legal act. It was our achievement to lower CIP (Corporate Income Tax) and PIT (Personal Income Tax) rates for persons who are engaged in business activity, we conducted an effective battle against an increase of ZUS (Social Insurance Board) rates for employers. Thanks to us, many suggestions and regulations beneficial for employers were included in many legal acts. We participated in solving a number of conflicts between employees and employers. Last, but what we consider most important, is the fact that we became an equal-level partner of political and economic decision-makers, a partner with whom a dialogue must be made, because only in this way, through reaching agreements, can we jointly shape economic and social image of our country.
