Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Whom we represent

Employers of Poland represents 10 000 enterprises; from small, family-run ones to the largest companies in Poland, which compete effectively on global markets. The vast majority of companies associated in CPE, that is 85%, are private companies.

Our members include business and regional organisations of employers. We associate, among others, employers of power industry, road and rail transport, mines of hard and brown coal, aggregate manufacturers and chemical industry. Members of Employers of Poland include employers of handicapped persons, employers in private medical care as well as private and self-governmental hospitals. We represent the interests of banks, financial institutions, law offices, pharmaceutical companies, refineries, insurance societies and construction holdings. The Employers of Poland also includes art and culture-promoting institutions.
