Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The Employers of Poland were always a proponent of possibly the soonest integration with the structures of the European Union, so it should come as no surprise that they were active in the field of the European funds even before the accession in 2004. Founding the Department of the EU Funds was an answer for the growing challenges related to the process of integration. The department enables the Polish economy, society, and entrepreneurs to take advantage of the integration. The experts of the EU Funds Department actively participate in distributing EU subsidies. They sketch the legal framework, establish the basis for subvention, and supervise the process of granting the funds.

It is not everything though. A wide range of the socio-economic activity of the Employers of Poland would not be possible without the EU support. We specialized in obtaining grants for the development of every form of support for the Polish entrepreneurship, because each of them is equally important. Thus the Employers of Poland not only complete given projects, but also establish enduring institutions and framework, making Poland more and more friendly to employers.
