Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC) was founded in March 1962 as an independent organization officially accepted by the OECD as a representative body of business and industry. The role of BIAC is to supply the OECD and the governments of member states with opinions of the entrepreneurial environment. BIAC lets entrepreneurs to participate in international discussions on economic policies and gives this environment the possibility to influence the long-term policies of member states.
BIAC organizes its work under committees, dealing with separate aspects of socio-economic policies.
