Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Since its establishment in 1920, the International Organization of Employers (IOE) is recognized as the only body working in the name of Employers on an international level, dealing with the problems of employment and social affairs. Currently IOE affiliates 147 members from 140 countries, including, from 1991 the only Polish organization, the Employers of Poland.
IOE’s mission is to promote and defend Employers’ interests on international forums, especially in the International Labour Organization. With this aim in mind IOE supports solutions that create a development-friendly climate for entrepreneurship, and through that are in favour of creating new workplaces.
In order to successfully promote these ideas, IOE actively engages in the creation and strengthening of Employers’ organizations, particularly in developing countries and countries implementing the free-market principles.
