Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Italian businessmen in Employers of Poland


 On 12th May in the headquarters of the Confederation of Polish Employers, President Andrzej Malinowski and Vice – President Janusz Pietkiewicz held a formal dinner in which participated Italian guest, among others, Mr. Salvatore Taverna, who is professionally connected with Federlazio. During the meeting discussions focused on the future cooperation between the organisations and the issues connected with the agreement between Employers of Poland and Federlazio, which will probably be signed by the end of May 2009.


Federlazio is an association of Small and Medium Enterprises of the region of Lazio. It was established in the year 1972, as an association of industrial enterprises, which as years went past, was able to adapt to the changes in the economic structure, opening itself to enterprises operating in the service sector. Today Federlazio associates over 30 trade and industry sectors which include all kinds of industry spheres (metal, food, graphical, woodworking, chemical, clothes etc.), construction and different kinds of services (informatics, car transport, trade distribution, private health services and so on). It associates over 3.200 enterprises which employ more than 65.000 employees and attain profits amounting to over €10 billion.
