Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Company self-diagnosis for free on the website of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development

Every entrepreneur may – free of charge – audit the company's financial condition through the application posted on the PARP webpage. The app shows financial indicators, but also allows you to compare them with the competition in the industry or in the region.

The application is particularly useful for small and medium businesses - some of them may not afford a professional audit conducted on commercial terms. Conceived as one of the early warning tools that allows you to find out whether you should change the business model or strategy of the company.

The app can be found at  https://autodiagnoza.parp.gov.pl. It is available for all companies, from small to large, and for all industries. It is free and anonymous. This means that any company that will benefit from it (provide data), will not find out what other companies are already in the system, what specific information they entered and who are the competitors, with which it is compared.

The application was created under the Rapid Response Measure and is one of the tools of the New Opportunity Policy adopted by the Ministry of Economy. At the beginning of September the application's database included data of approx. 400 companies.
