The aim of the study is to deepen and order knowledge in the field of transfer pricing and tax issues as well as develop practical skills of assessing and diagnosing tax consequences of transactions and planning capital group structure in a way that maximise tax efficiency. At the same time an important element of the program is managing tax risk related to transfer pricing, in particular by drafting tax documentation, analysis, benchmarking, advance pricing agreements and tax instructions.
Studies are aimed at:
• employees of finance and accounting,
• tax advisors,
• representatives of the legal profession,
• people who want to deal with shaping and verifying correctness of transfer pricing within companies.
The first edition of studies is planned for October 2015 to September 2016. Classes will be held at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw, in 11 Saturday-Sunday, 16 hours each session.

The condition of graduation is regular participation in classes, passing two exams, preparing and defending the final paper.
The fee for the whole study programme amounts to 7100 PLN.
Head of the study is Marcin Jamroży PhD, assistant professor in the Department of Taxation, Institute of Finance, Warsaw School of Economics, a tax advisor, legal advisor, member of the State Commission for Tax Advisory.
