In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Parities in the supervisory boards should not be mandatory


According to the Employers of Poland, the European Commission’s rejection of the project on parity in the supervisory boards of large public companies is the right decision.


- The right solution is to promote the bottom-up advancement of women that allows them to reconcile family and professional lives among others through the creation of workplace nurseries and kindergartens, or by promoting flexible work hours of young parents - asses the experts of the Employers of the Republic of Poland and draw attention to the fact that having a seat on supervisory boards and management boards of companies not only involves career advancement and higher pay, but also personal liability for the obligations of the company.
