Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The Employers of Poland support the draft amendments to the law on payment days

The Employers of Poland are positively disposed to, prepared by the Ministry of Economy, the draft amendment to the Act on payment days in commercial transactions.

An expert of the Employers of Poland, Piotr Rogowiecki, emphasizes that maximum freedom of contracts is recommended in relationships among entrepreneurs, and the payment days should be the result of mutual decisions. - We agree, however, that the law should impose some discipline on unfair contractors so that they adhere to prompt payments - says Rogowiecki. In his opinion, current regulations to facilitate creditors the enforcement of their debts do not fulfil their function. - There are also no solutions for transactions entered into by public authorities as the contracting party - says Rogowiecki.
