Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Seminar "National Training Fund – how entrepreneurs can acquire funds for employee training”


On October 21st, at 10 pm at the offices of Employers of Poland a seminar entitled "National Training Fund –  how entrepreneurs can acquire funds for employee training”. A similar event is scheduled for October 28th in Bydgoszcz – in cooperation with Employers of Kuyavia and Pomerania.


The money from the National Training Fund (KSF) for 2014-2015 are devoted to support for continuous education of people aged 45 and older. The focus on this group is aimed at preventing these people losing jobs due to a lack of skills or outdated skills. A significant change, to come into force in 2016, will be removal of age restrictions for employees whose training may be financed from the KFS.


Panelists include representatives of Labour Offices and entrepreneurs who successfully applied for financing and will share their experiences.
