Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

New members have joined Employers of Poland: Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe Porty Lotnicze (Polish Airports) , Zakłady Magnezytowe „Ropczyce” S.A. and Towarzystwo Finansowe Silesia Sp. z o.o.


  • Polish Airports


The company provides ground services for planes at the Chopin Airport in Warsaw and the Zielona Góra-Babimost Airport.


PPL was established on the basis of an act from October 23rd 1987. It is a continuation of the Directorate of Air Traffic and Communication Airports established in 1959.


It also has shares in 10 companies supervising airports in Gdańsk, Kraków, Katowice, Modlin, Poznań, Szczecin, Wrocław Szczytno, Bydgoszcz and Rzeszów – as well as in handling companies.

The activity of Polish Airports includes:

  • constructing, modernizing and maintaining communication airports and ground equipment;
  • constructing, modernizing and maintaining cargo terminal and providing ground services;
  • providing services pertaining to take off, landing and parking planes for domestic and international airlines and other entities;
  • providing passenger services, handling, fuel distribution, advertising, duty free shops and letting office spaces to foreign transporters and other entities;
  • providing services for cargo transport;
  • providing technical support services.

  • Zakłady Magnezytowe „Ropczyce” S.A.


Zakłady Magnezytowe „Ropczyce” S.A. produce high-quality flame retardant materials – bases and aluminosilicates, which are a key component of blast furnaces and other equipment working in high temperatures.


The offer is directed mostly at the steel industry, the cement and calcium industry, glassworks, casting, coke industry and other industries using high-temperature processes. The company provides products all over the world and successfully cooperates with many global business entities.

Was established in 2001 to aid the restructuring of the steel industry. It offers co-signings, guarantees and securities, as well as regulating the purchase and sale of receivables and capital initiatives.
