Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. Taking into account the situation on the labour market, it can be concluded that it is good that the Finance Ministry has decided on a mobilization of additional PLN 500 million for active forms of fighting against unemployment. The Fund has still in its account PLN 4.5 billion reserves that, instead of helping the unemployed, are improving the debt ratios of the state.
