Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Employers of Poland present Optimus Awards

Longin Komołowski, Jan Klapkowski, Michał Kuszyk, Marian Osuch and Dariusz Marek Sarti – these are the laureates of this year’s awards of Employers of Poland.

Optimus awards – a new name adopted this year – were awarded for exceptional contributions to our organization, popularizing its activity, building the position of entrepreneurs in Polish economy and society, as well as for efforts in the field of social dialog. Before this year, these achievements were honoured with the Confedrate Awards.

– Starting today, the award presented on the occasion of our jubilee will be called “Optimus” – Latin for “The Best” – says President of Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski. – I assure you that we will continue distinguishing those who help our organization achieve exceptional successes and strengthen our position. Entrepreneurs and employers need people like those – which is why we want to show our appreciation for them!

The awards have the form of a brilliant. Not by accident – a strong character coupled with nobility is a necessity if one is to succeed in business.
