Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development announces a competition for financing CSR implementation


The competition is a part of a program entitled “Improving the competitiveness of regions through CSR” financed by the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Program.


The aim of the program is to provide non-returnable financial support for the implementation of CSR projects. CSR is defined as taking the environmental and social aspects of business activity into account.


Support will be granted to micro-, small and medium entrepreneurs.


The total value of co-financing is 2 336 885 PLN. Companies in the Łódzkie, Opolskie, Podlaskie, Swiętokrzyskie and Warmia-Mazuria voivodeships will receive a total of 473 377 PLN in each voivodeship.


Co-financing may be granted  for the realization of projects, the scope of which includes at least one of the substantial areas listed below:


Area 1. Environment

Environmental protection and investments minimizing companies’ environmental impact.


Area 2. Relations with employees

All activities linked to engagement with employee relations.


Area 3. Social engagement

Projects realized in this area facilitate growth of the economic and social environment.


Activities should be in accordance with official CSR strategies or result from other official strategic documents.


The maximum value of support is 100 000 PLN and can constitute a maximum of 70 percent of the costs of a project subject to co-financing.


Applications will be opened from January 11th to February 8th 4:30 pm. The order of application will not be a factor in the decision.
