VIII Labour Law Convent

17-12-2015

Next year will see many important changes in labour law and insurance regulations. These issues will be the focus of the VIII Labour Law Convent, to be held on January 27th 2016 in Warsaw. Experts will suggest practical solutions facing employers and HR managers in everyday work and acquaint participants with most recent changes which will come into force in 2016.

The event is divided into two thematic blocks:

  • Changes in labour law - topics will include: fixed-term contracts and parental leave, particularly regulations on transitions; the opinions of the National Labour Inspectorate, the Ministry of Labour and the rulings of the Supreme Court which will stay in force after the amendment.

  • Changes in insurance regulations – the focus will be on contributions in civil contracts, changes in maternity benefits, e-sick leaves and the newest version of the “Płatnik” program.

The organizers provide an opportunity for individual consultations throughout the duration of the convent.
