Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

State-owned employment institutions do not fulfil their role

Entrepreneurs and job seekers are reluctant to use the services of employment agencies. Why is this happening?

Unwillingness to employment offices may be associated with the lack of individual attention to the needs of applicants, irrational spending of funds and the training offer ill-suited to local labour market needs, and as a result - with inefficiency of these institutions – say the experts of the Employers of Poland.

An opportunity to improve this situation may be the reforms announced by the Ministry of Labour, which include among others the involvement of employment agencies in the activation of the unemployed or accounting employment offices for the effectiveness of their actions.
