Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

New members have joined Employers of Poland: Uber Poland Sp. z o.o., Chèque Déjeuner Sp. z o.o. and  Instytut Strategii i Rozwoju (Institute for Strategy and Development).



Uber Poland Sp. z o.o.


An American company based in San Francisco, creator of the Uber mobile app which serves for ordering car transport by matching passengers and drivers. Uber services are available in many cities all over the world.


On August 14th 2014, officially started operations in Warsaw. It is currently also available in Tricity, Wrocław, Cracow and Poznań. On the Polish market, Uber is an intermediary btween passengers and providers of transport services.
