Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Fewer obligations for employers means the development of entrepreneurship guarantee


The Employers of Poland support the project nullifying the disclosure obligations of employers relative to the National Labour Inspectorate and the health inspection.


– Prepared solutions will facilitate the establishment of companies – says Wioletta Żukowska, an expert of the Employers of Poland. – They are also a reflection of the idea of deregulation and, in our opinion, will contribute to the development of enterprises, which is of vital importance especially in a period of a slowdown in the economy – adds Żukowska. By reducing the purely administrative and record duties, the business registration time will be shortened by two days.
