The Polish Economic Congress is a forum for exchanging ideas and experiences. For years, it has been looking for answers to challenges facing Polish economy. The next Congress will be held on January 27th at the Centre for Innovation Management and Technology Transfers at the Warsaw University of Technology. The Congress will be held under the honorary patronage of the President of Poland Andrzej Duda.
The event is not only a platform for substantive discussion on issues of key importance for Polish economy, but also a place where important decisions on economic growth policy are made. Previous editions – “Energy of Polish economy” and “Science for business, business for science” – resulted in recommendations which formulated solutions, rather than only diagnosed problems.
This year, it’s time to talk about bureaucracy – the most important hindrance to the development of Poland’s economic potential. Without restricting bureaucracy, the strength of the market will not be unlocked.
