Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Entrepreneurs expect a fast legislative procedure for the III Deregulation Act


The Sejm (parliament) held its first reading of the government bill of the so-called III Deregulation Act.


– We are counting on the law, according to the plan, coming into force at the beginning of next year – said Piotr Rogowiecki, an expert of the Employers of Poland. – Many of the proposals contained therein meet our demands among others the introduction of facilitations in the field of the so-called cash VAT and the use of the so-called allowance for bad debts, or the abolition of administrative discretion concerning the ability to reduce the amount of advances paid by taxpayers – Piotr Rogowiecki points out the most important matters for entrepreneurs.
