Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Vectors 2015 awarded!

Employers of Poland have presented their prestigious awards – Vectors.
– The place where we find ourselves and this full hall are a testament to how the spirit of action, energy and consistency in some of us can stimulate every aspect of public life. The location of this event is not a coincidence! – said Andrzej Malinowski, President of Employers of Poland, in his opening speech. – As I welcome you here, I can recall meeting many of you years ago, yet I also see the future. The future of Polish economy and Polish society – he added.
Vectors are awarded since 2002 for extraordinary contributions to Polish economy and for creating a climate conducive to the growth of entrepreneurship. They are presented to distinguished personalities from the world of politics, culture, academia and media, as well as to individuals and institutions who act as trailblazers and role models, create innovative solutions valuable not only for Polish economy, but also for social life.
The laureates of Vectors 2015 are:
Prof. Mirosław Ząbek – Director of the Neurosurgery and Nervous System Injury Clinic at the Bródno Hospital in Warsaw: for extraordinary achievements in the field of neurosurgery and the care shown to every patient, as well as for passionately following his calling.
Prof. Andrzej K. Koźmiński – President and Chairman of the Leon Koźmiński Academy Trust Council: for creating one of the most important academic centres in Poland and bulding an exemplary model of cooperation between business and science.
Kazimierz Pazgan – owner of Grupa Kosnpol: for consistently promoting Polish products abroad and tansforming a local poultry producer into an international tycoon.
Tomasz Zaboklicki – Chairman of the Board of  PESA Bydgoszcz S.A.: for successfully competing with the biggest rolling stock producers in the world based on Polish technical expertise.
Andrzej Przybyło – owner and Chairman of AB S.A.: for creating the biggest distribution company in Central and Eastern Europe and its financial success.
Loukas Notopoulos – Chairman of VIVUS Finance Sp. z o.o.: for solutions which changed the Polish loan market and their knowledgeable integration with clients' needs.
Nikos Kalaitzidakis – Chairman of Coca Cola HBC Polska Sp. z o.o.: for acknowledgning Corporate Social Responsibility as a key element of corporate strategy.
Hans-Dieter Kemler – Deputy Chairman for Financial Markets at mBank: for his participation in the creation of pionnering solutions on the inter-bank market in Poland.
Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A.: for the electroenergetic connection betwen Poland and Lithuania, contributing to energy security and the competitiveness of the market.


Piotr Pawłowski – creator and Chairman of Stowarzyszenie Integracja: for his engagement in solving the problems of the handicapped and exceptional care for their position on the labour market.
