Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Judgment of the Constitutional Court in accordance with the opinion of the Employers of Poland

The Constitutional Court held that the provisions of 2011, forcing the termination of contracts of employment of those who have acquired the right to a pension, are incompatible with the Basic Law. The Employers of Poland as early as in the initial stages of work on the amendment pointed out to the legal uncertainties associated with the regulation.

According to the Employers of Poland, the contested regulation is a clear example of law established with omitting the opinion of social partners, and the Constitutional Court's judgment only confirms the poor quality of legislation enacted in our country.
