Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Employers of Poland formed a platform for the European Funds

The social partners are faced with a huge responsibility associated with the creation of the distribution of the EU funds for 2014-2020 and the closure of the current outlook for 2007-2013. To meet these challenges, the Employers of Poland set up a platform for the European Funds.

– The reason why we have created the Platform, is the scale of the challenges facing our economy, and thus largely our  businesses and organization that represents their interests – said the President of the Employers of  Poland, Andrzej Malinowski, at the inaugural meeting.

During the meeting there were presented the goals, objectives and the scheme for the Platform’s action, designed to be the place of cooperation of experts in the field of the European funds gathered in member organizations embraced by the Employers of Poland. As part of the platform’s action there will be developed proposals for effective distribution mechanisms of the EU funds in Poland. The Platform’s objectives are also as follows: provision of advice in terms of European funds for administration, consultation about documents for the two financial prospects and the emergence of positions, analysis and expert opinions. In addition, the platform will regularly prepare, on behalf of the Employers of Poland, recommendations on issues related to the distribution system of the EU funds.
