In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Labour law – a seminar at Employers of Poland


How to renew trial contracts, changes in contracts for a specified time – these and other changes in contracts of employment were discussed at a seminar organized by Employers of Poland.


The seminar was conducted by attorney at law Monika Gładoch adviser for labour law issues to the President of Employers of Poland. In the course of the event, she discussed changes in contracts of employment in 2016 – including changes in trial contracts of employment, contracts for a specified time as well as transitional regulations regarding the contracts valid at the time of the changes coming into force. The issue of the employer’s legal situation during the notice period was also addressed.
