In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

New members have joined Employers of Poland: PKP Energetyka S.A. and Związek Pracodawców - Ogólnopolski Konwent Agencji Pracy (National Labour Agency Convent).

The company is active on the Polish market since 2001. Its activity consists in selling and providing electricity to traction and business clients. It also specializes in electroenergetic services. The company is owned by one of the biggest investment funds in the world – CVC Capital Partners.


PKP Energetyka is a provider of elecricity required to power the PKP PLK traction network with 3 kV direct current. It also maintains and modernizes rail traction.


PKP Energetyka sells elecricity to a.o.: PKP Intercity, PKP Cargo, Lotos Kolej and SKM in Warsaw.

  • National Employment Agency Convent


A non-profit organization associating entities functioning on the labour market, working for the good of the parties of the labour relations and for improved standard in the sector.


Currently, the convent associates 60 entities and cooperates with a number of financial, tax and insurance experts. It also uses the expertise of its members.


The Convent associates employment agencies registered by the marshall of the relevant voivodeship, as well as any other entities providing services on the Polish or international labour market.
